  17.         A program called PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) is used to generate
  18.         keys, then encrypt and decrypt messages with the keys.

  20.         If you ftp PGP, it contains all the text files you need to 
  21.         understand the process.  It also goes into some of the politics
  22.         involved in the use of encryption.
